Clinical Waste Disposal Company is not a waste contractor. We are a small, free service that helps practices across Great Britain find a licensed firm to collect and treat their clinical waste, and this page explains exactly how.

We look for a licensed clinical waste contractor
We find one that collects in your postcode and handles the waste streams you described.
We name them to you
Once we have found a suitable firm we tell you who it is. Your enquiry stays with us until you tell us that contractor is fine to contact you.
Written price and terms
They confirm your waste streams, containers and collection frequency and give you a written price and contract terms. The decision to sign is yours, and the contract is between your practice and the contractor.
Who we are not
We are not a waste carrier and hold no waste licence. Any business trading under a similar name is unconnected with this site, and we never handle a bag, bin or consignment note ourselves.
Promises we keep
- No charge to your practice, at any stage.
- Your details go to one contractor only, and only once you have agreed to that contractor by name.
- Quote a price for your collections. Only the contractor can do that, once it knows your streams and volumes.
- No newsletters or sales emails from us.
Who pays us
The contractor pays us an introduction fee when we put a practice in touch with it. Your practice pays us nothing, whether it signs a contract or not.
Prices and practice notes
Figures on this site come from a council tariff, NHS contract award notices and published price comparisons, with the source given beside each one. Use them to budget and to test quotes, not as a price for your practice. Our notes on waste law and HTM 07-01 are general guidance, not legal advice.
